Aboccaperta - Trebbiano Frizzante PGI

Our Aboccaperta wine is produced by harvesting our Trebbiano grapes at the beginning of October located on the hills of the “Fondo Il Pozzo” farm located in Imola in the province of Bologna.

At the sight of Aboccaperta is a Trebbiano with a straw yellow color, with beautiful greenish reflections.

On the nose our Trebbiano Aboccaperta is impregnated with secanda aromas.

On the palate it is a lively and very fresh wine.

Our Trebbiano Frizzante PGI is a wine suitable for any dish of the Emilian tradition.

Obviously it does not only match the typical dishes of the Emilian cuisine, but any dish with refined tastes.

However, it is also excellent as an aperitif.

But the maximum of its flavor can be tasted if combined with an excellent fish-based dish.
