Giogiò - Sangiovese IGP Biological
The our biologic wine GIOGIO is produced by harvesting our grapes in the second week of Septemberon the hill sof farm Fondo Bellariain Imola, Emilia Romagna.
At the first view GIOGIO is a sangiovese with a ruby red color , with a beautiful purple reflections which immediately make it clear its consist.
The smells is impregnated with fruity notes such as blackberry and cherry.
To the palate explodes power with a very special red fruity taste.
Culinary combination with GIOGIO
The our Sangiovese GIOGIO is a very structured wine and is perfect any type of food.
It does not match only with foods from Emilian tradition but to any food, especially with a structured dish,for example with a great rost lamb.
