Oplà - Sangiovese IGP

Our Oplà wine is produced by harvesting our Sangiovese grapes in the first days of September in the vines on the hills of the “Fondo Il Pozzo” farm located in Imola in the province of Bologna.

It is a ruby red wine with intense violet reflections.

Being a young wine, it immediately expresses its remarkable liveliness.

It is elegant, fresh and very pleasant, the main characteristics of the Sangiovese grape.

Food Pairing with Oplà Sangiovese IGP

Our Sangiovese Bio Oplà is a wine for the whole meal, pleasant even for daily consumption.

It perfectly matches both pasta dishes and main courses thanks to its youth and liveliness.

For example, if tasted together with an excellent plate of tagliatelle with ragù, it fully enhances the flavor.
